Setting up Multicurrency

You must complete a number of steps before you begin recording multicurrency transactions in MYOB AccountEdge. Once setup is complete, you'll enter multicurrency transactions the same way you enter transactions based on U.S. dollars.

• Selecting the Multicurrency option

• Creating records for the currencies you'll use

• Assigning accounts to foreign currencies

• Assigning the appropriate currency to foreign customers, vendors and salespeople

• Recording unrealized gains and losses
