When you enter Receive Money transactions directly into an account, an individual cash-receipts transaction is recorded in that account. The list in the Receive Money window displays all the bank accounts you've set up.
Remember that bank accounts can be used for any method of receiving money. Credit cards, petty cash, money market accounts and other accounts that can receive money may be displayed in this list if you've specifically designated them as Detail Bank accounts or Detail Credit Card accounts.
You can print a corresponding payment receipt for each Receive Money transaction you record.
