To change applied payment details

Banking > Receiving Money > Finding, changing, deleting and reversing Receive Money transactions >>

Use these instructions only if your transactions are changeable. If your transactions are unchangeable, the only active element of the Applied Payments Details window is the Authorize/Void Authorization button. (Choosing changeable or unchangeable transactions)

  1. Find the payment transaction whose payment details you want to change. [To find a payment from a customer or To find a customer credit (after paying a refund) or To find a transaction (Receive Money)]


  2. Click the Details button.


  3. Make the changes you want.


  4. Click OK.
