To print payment receipts

Note: You can print a receipt when a payment is approved (MYOB Merchant Account Service)
- Choose Print Receipts from the Banking or Sales Command Center.
- Mark Unprinted Receipts Only if you want to print only the receipts you haven't already printed. Unmark the selection if you want to reprint payment receipts.
- Make selections or enter information in the remaining fields.
- (Optional) Click the Customize button if you wish to customize your payment receipt form. Otherwise, click OK.
- The payment receipts you selected in the Forms Selection window are listed. (Click the zoom arrow next to the transaction if you wish to view the original cash receipts transaction you entered.)
Use the Print column to mark and unmark the payment receipts you want to print. Click the All button to mark all payment receipts. Click the None button to unmark all payment receipts.
- Click Print.
