The aging periods you enter in the Preferences window will be used to group transactions when you print statements and reports, including the Aged Receivables and Aged Payables reports, and the Receivables Reconciliation and Payables Reconciliation reports. In addition, aging periods are used to categorize information in AccountEdge's analysis windows.
