Converting orders to bills using the To Do List
You can use the To Do List to convert orders to bills, but there are some drawbacks to doing so. If you choose to convert orders to bills using the To Do List window, keep in mind that if you mark the Action column and click Record as Actual, the conversion will occur automatically. You won't get a chance to review or change any of the transactions before they're converted.
If you're not sure whether you want to use the To Do List to convert an order to a bill, click the zoom arrow next to the transaction to open the Purchases window, where you can manually change the order to a bill. This will give you better control over the transaction than you would have if you used the To Do List.
