To find the Select from List [multiple selection] window



For custom reports:

  1. Choose Index to Reports from the Reports menu.
  2. In the Index to Reports window, choose a report.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. In the Report Customization window, click the Select From arrow (down arrow below three dashes) to the right of a field.

For custom forms:

  1. Click Print (Form Name) in a command center.
  2. In the Form Selection window, click the Customize button at the bottom of the window.
  3. In the Customize (Form Name) window, click the first icon on the toolbar.

  4. Choose Customize Forms from the Setup menu.
  5. Choose the type of form you want to customize.
  6. The Customize Forms (Setup) window for the type of form you selected appears. Use the options on this window to specify the general format of the form to be customized and click OK.
  7. In the Customize (Form Name) window, click the first icon on the toolbar.
