Bank Information view



Same as Taxpayer (checkbox)

Mark this checkbox to insert the taxpayer information that you entered when you registered into the first five fields of the Bank Information view.

Company name

This entry is required for eFiling. If you used your company's name when you registered for eFiling, this is the Company Name that appears in the Company Information window. If you entered a different company name when you registered, that name will appear in this field.

Address

This entry is required for eFiling. The company address that you entered when you enrolled in eFiling.

City

This entry is required for eFiling. The city that you entered for your company when you enrolled in eFiling.

State

This entry is required for eFiling. The state that you entered for your company when you enrolled in eFiling.

Zip Code

This entry is required for eFiling. The Zip Code that you entered for your company when you enrolled in eFiling.

Bank name

This entry is required for eFiling. The name of the bank that you will use for paying taxes and receiving refunds when eFiling.

Bank branch

The name or number of the bank branch that you will use when you eFile your payroll taxes. (This information is optional.)

Bank phone

This entry is required for eFiling. The telephone number that you use to contact your bank.

Bank routing number

This entry is required for eFiling. The nine-digit banking transit number for your bank and branch. (This number should appear at the bottom of your checks, in the center position.)

Account num

This entry is required for eFiling. The bank account number that you will use to send payments and receive refunds when you eFile your payroll tax forms. (This number should appear at the bottom of your checks, to the right of the bank routing number.)

Name on account

The name that appears on the bank account you use when eFiling payroll tax forms. (This information is optional.)
