To find the Customize Activity Statements window from the Setup menu:

1. From the Setup menu select Customize Forms; then, from the submenu, select Statements to open the Customize Forms - Statements window.
2. From the Statement Layout list, choose Activity.
3. Choose the form you wish to customize from the Form to Customize list and then click the Customize button.

To find the Customize Activity Statements window when you want to print a form:

1. In the Sales Command Center, click Print Statements to open the Forms Selection window for statements.
2. From the Statement Type list at the top of the window, choose Activity.
3. Click the Customize button at the bottom of the window.
