Review W-3 Before Printing window (OS 9)




Print __ W-3

Specify the number of copies of this form that you want to print.

If you specify printing multiple copies using this field, all copies of the first form will be printed before the second form starts to print, and so on. If you specify multiple copies using the Print dialog box, a single copy of every form will be printed, followed by a second copy of each form, and so on, until all copies of every form have been printed.

Checkmark (Print) column

This column is used to designate which W-2s are to be included on the W-3 form. All W-2s with a mark in the Print column will be printed; if you don't want to include a specific W-2, click the mark to remove it. If you wish to include a W-2 and a mark doesn't appear in the Print column, click the column to add it. Click the gray box at the top of this column to mark all employees in the list. Click again to clear all marks from the Print column.

Click the zoom arrow to open the W-2 Employee Information window which you can use to enter and change information that will print on the W-2 for that employee.

List of employees

The list displays the names and Social Security numbers of your employees. To display the W-2 Employee Information window (OS 9) to view of change information that will appear on an employee's W-2 form, click the zoom arrow next to the employee's name.

W-3 Info button

Click this button to open the W-3 Information window, where you can enter information to appear in Boxes 1 through 19 on the W-3 form.

Print button

Click this button when you're satisfied with the W-3 form you've selected to print. When you click this button, the Print dialog box for your computer will appear; click OK to print the W-2 forms.

Cancel button

Click this button to exit this window.
