The Vendor Opening Balances window allows you to view the purchases whose amounts make up the balance of your linked payables account. You can also use this window to open the Historical Purchase window, where you can enter individual historical purchases.
Before you use this window to enter historical purchases, you should enter an opening balance for your linked payables account in the Account Opening Balances window.
