To change the size of a form
If you need to print multiple copies of a form on a single sheet of paper, you can adjust the size of your forms so that they will fit in the allotted space. (Please note that this is not the same as changing the paper size for the form. If you need to do that, see To change the paper size for forms.)

Forms that don't meet government requirements won't be accepted
Keep in mind that any changes you make here will affect all the instances of the form that appear on each page.

Changing the size or margins of a form may affect the way the form prints
- In the appropriate command center, click the Print/Email option for the form you want to use. (Finding forms)
If you have marked the "Always Display Advanced Filters Before Sending Forms" preference, the Advanced Filters window opens. Go on to step 2.
If you haven't marked the "Always Display Advanced Filters Before Sending Forms" preference, the Review Forms Before Delivery window opens:
- If more than one type is available for the form you selected, use the "Type" list to choose the type of form that you want to customize. (For example, you can choose from several kinds of invoices, labels and packing slips when you click Print/Email Invoices.)
- Click Advanced Filters on either the To be Printed or To be Emailed tab to open the Advanced Filters window for the form you selected.
- Select the layout of the form you want to change from the Selected Form list in the bottom third of the window, then click the Customize button to open the Customize window.
If more than one type is available for the form you selected, verify that the "Type" list displays the type of form that you want to customize. (For example, you can choose from several kinds of invoices, labels and packing slips when you click Print/Email Invoices.)
- Click the Form Properties button in the toolbar to open the Forms Information window.
- In the Layout tab of this window, verify that the Number of (Forms) Per Page field indicates the number of forms you want to appear on each page. If it doesn't, enter the correct number.
- To modify the size of the form, change the entries in the Form Size fields and click OK.
Caution: Fields not entirely within the printable area of a form layout will not print
- In the Customize window, click the Save Form As button. The Save As window appears; enter a name and a brief description for the new layout and click OK. (If you selected a custom form in step 3, click Save Form to save your changes without creating a new form layout.)
