Certain fields may not be available on some versions of the form layout

This list includes every field that is available on the layout for the most basic version of this form. The lists for checks and stubs include all fields available on the Laser Check layouts; lists for other types of forms show all fields that appear on the plain paper version of the layout.

If you are customizing another version of a form layout, certain fields in this list may not appear on that form layout, or may have different titles on it. If you're not certain that a listed field is available for use on your customized form, check the Select from List [multiple selection] window for the layout you've selected.
