To view AccountEdge reports in Excel (OfficeLink)
Mac OS X Users - IMPORTANT!
The Index to Reports window should be displayed.
- Highlight the report you want to display in Excel. [(Viewing reports in Microsoft Excel (OfficeLink)]
(If you want to limit the amount of information that appears on the report, click the Customize button. The Report Customization window appears, and you can specify the information you want to see on the report. When you're ready to view the report in Excel, click the Send To button at the bottom of the Report Customization window and then select Excel from the list.)
- Click the Send To button at the bottom of the window and then select Excel from the list. The report will appear in an Excel worksheet.
(If you want to view the information on the report in AccountEdge before opening Excel, click the Display button instead of the Send To button; the report will appear in AccountEdge's Screen Reports window. When you're ready to view the report in Excel, click the Send To button at the bottom of the Screen Reports window and then select Excel from the list.)
Note: If you want to view the Cash Flow Analysis Report in Excel
- In Excel, make changes to the report information.
