The Payroll Tax Form Viewer allows you to preview the final, official version of any payroll tax form, and to make any needed adjustments to the form data before you print or eFile the form. The form images displayed in this window are replicas of the certified copies that you will print and file at tax time. When you finalize a form in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, you should make a point of verifying both the data and the format of the form.

Linking form fields
Occasionally one or more fields on a payroll tax form will be blank. If any required fields don't contain data, it's usually because AccountEdge wasn't able to link that field with the correct payroll category item in your company file. If this is the case, the empty field will be highlighted in red.
If you try to print or eFile your form -- or if you click in an empty red field -- the Link Setup dialog will display automatically. Use this dialog to map the correct data to the empty field. When you have mapped all your data to the correct fields and verified that the form is complete and correct, you can print and -- if you are registered to do so -- eFile your finalized form directly from this window.
Editing data on the form
Even if you haven't yet registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms Service, you can prepare and edit the data that will appear on the forms that you file. Data on all payroll tax forms can be edited using the Payroll Tax Form Viewer. Any changes you make to data on any forms using the Payroll Tax Form Viewer will appear only on those forms; your changes will not affect the information in your MYOB company file.
Printing your payroll tax forms
When you've finished preparing your forms, you can print all of the required copies by using the options in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer. If you have registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms Service, you can print certified copies of any state or federal form that you prepare. Even if you haven't registered, you can print certified copies of all W-2s and W-3s that you prepare using MYOB AccountEdge.
