Before you activate Audit Trail Tracking...

We highly recommend that you set up your main records, such as accounts, opening balances, linked accounts and cards before you activate Audit Trail Tracking.

A couple of additional points to keep in mind:

• Audit Trail Tracking generates additional data, which takes up more disk space and may somewhat affect the performance speed of MYOB AccountEdge.

• The number of users allowed to change the Audit Trail Tracking preference should be limited, to minimize the risk of inadvertently removing audit trail functionality.
