A needed data field doesn't appear in the Customize window

There are two possible reasons for this problem:

• The field may have been deleted from this customized version of the form. You can restore it to the form by using the Select from List window. (To add data fields to a form)
  
  You can also copy the missing field from another form where it is available and paste it into your customized version of this form. (To copy elements on a form)

• The field may not be available on this form. If this is the case, you will not be able to add the field to this form. (Forms you can customize)
