I need help filing my payroll tax forms electronically
First, make sure you're registered for MYOB eFiling services. If you're not currently registered to eFile Payroll Tax Forms, click Enroll Now when the eFiling Registration dialog appears. Be sure to register in advance, since it normally takes up to 48 hours for your registration to be processed.
If you're currently registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, you may need to update the banking or credit card information that is transmitted when you eFile your forms. To do this, select View/Edit eFile Information from the Company menu at the top of the View Payroll Tax Form window. Then use the eFile Setup window to correct any missing or out-of-date information.
If your registration is current and the information is correct, but you are still having trouble eFiling, you can get help by calling the MYOB eFile Support Center at 701-795-9949, or by emailing MYOB Payroll Forms Service Support.
