You can change your Undeposited Funds account

If you want, you can change the Undeposited Funds Account by selecting Linked Accounts from the Setup menu. Choose Accounts & Banking Accounts to display the Accounts & Banking Linked Accounts window. Enter an account that has a bank account type in the Checking Account for Undeposited Funds field.
