The Pay Employee window is now located within Process Payroll

Upgraders: If you've used MYOB AccountEdge to record payroll transactions in earlier versions, when you click the Process Payroll button, you may be expecting the Pay Employees window to appear. The window that appears in MYOB AccountEdge Version 5, instead, is the first step of Process Payroll. (Use the new Process Payroll feature to pay employees)

The Pay Employee window (formerly named the Pay Employees window) can be now be found using step 2 of Process Payroll. (In previous versions of MYOB software, you could click the Pay Employees button in the Payroll Command Center to open Pay Employees window.) To proceed to step 2, you'll first choose to pay one employee or a group of employees (by selecting a pay frequency) in step 1. When step 2 is displayed, click the zoom arrow next the to an employee name.

In addition to using the Pay Employee window to review and edit employee payments created using the new Process Payroll feature, you can use the window to:
