In the latest version of MYOB AccountEdge, you can process payroll for one employee or a group of employees.
If you want to process a group of employees, you'll use the selection in the Pay Frequency field to group your employee payroll transactions in preparation for processing.
That is, when you use Process Payroll, you'll first select the "Process all employees paid" option. Then from the menu, choose the Pay Frequency of the employees you want to pay. All of the employees who have that frequency will be listed in step 2 of Process Payroll; all employee payments with the same pay frequency can be processed at the same time.
