Comments tab

Click this tab to open the Comments view to display all comments currently in your AccountEdge company file.

Shipping Methods tab

Click this tab to open the Shipping Methods view to display all shipping methods currently in your AccountEdge company file.

Referral Source tab

Click this tab to open the Referral Source view to display all referral sources currently in your AccountEdge company file.

Payment Methods tab

Click this tab to open the Payment Methods view to display all payment methods currently in your AccountEdge company file.

List of payment methods

The list displays all the payment methods in your AccountEdge company file.

• If you want to change a payment method, highlight it and click Edit.

• If you want to delete a payment method, highlight it and select Delete Payment Methods from the Edit menu.

• If you want to create a new payment method, click New.

List of method types

The list displays the type chosen for each payment method.

If you want to change a type, highlight the payment method and click Edit to open the Edit Payment Methods window.

Note: True debit card payments can't be processed by the MYOB Merchant Account Service

New button

Click this button to open the Edit Payment Methods window and enter a new payment method.

Edit button

Click this button after highlighting a payment method in the list to display the Edit Payment Methods window, where you can change the name of the payment method.

If you want to delete a payment method, highlight it and select Delete Payment Method from the Edit menu.

Close button

Click this button to close this window.
