Use this window to record a bank deposit that is made up of receipts that have been deposited to the undeposited funds account. Undeposited funds dated up to and including the date you enter in the Prepare Bank Deposit window will be displayed.
The bank deposit you record in the Prepare Bank Deposit window will transfer the funds from the undeposited funds account to the account of your choice. You can group the receipts by payment method, if you wish.
Click the Deposit Adjustment button to open the Bank and Deposit Adjustments window. Enter fees and/or adjustments; when you record the transaction, it will appear in the Prepare Bank Deposit window.
