Search

Enter the location ID to search for the location you wish to find in the scrolling list. If you can't remember the entire ID number, enter as much of the number as you can remember; the scrolling list will display the location whose ID most closely matches the ID that you entered.

The number of locations displayed in the list appears in this field. (This is a display-only field.)

Location ID, Name columns

The list displays all the Location IDs and Location Names in your AccountEdge company file. (The locations are listed alphabetically according to the Location ID.)

• If you want to create a new location, click New.

• If you want to change a location, highlight it and click Edit.

• If you want to delete a location, highlight it and click Edit to open the Location Information window, and then select Delete Location from the Edit menu.

Note: Location1 is automatically created for you

Print button

Click this button to print the Locations List report.

New button

Click this button to open the Location Information window to create a new location.

Edit button

Click this button after highlighting a location in the list to display the Location Information window, where you can change the location's information.

If you want to delete a location, highlight it to open the Location Information window, and then select Delete Location from the Edit menu.

Close button

Click this button to leave this window.
