The Advanced Filters window for creating personalized letters allows you to shorten or lengthen the list of selected people or companies to whom you want to send personalized letters; you'll use the filters provided in the window
If you've installed MYOB OfficeLink (automatically included in typical installations) and you're using a compatible version of Microsoft Word, the letters will appear automatically in your word processing program, where you can edit them, if you like, before printing them.
Note: These products are compatible with OfficeLink
If you haven't installed OfficeLink or you don't have an OfficeLink-compatible word processing program, you can create a mail-merge file that can be used with most word-processing software to create personalized letters.
