Print __ W-2s per Employee

Specify the number of copies of this form that you want to print.

If you want to print each employee's W-2s on a single page, specifying multiple copies in MYOB AccountEdge can be useful. If you use the Print dialog box, multiple forms for individual employees won't be printed together.

If you specify multiple copies of a form using this field, all copies of the first form will be printed before the second form starts to print, and so on. If you specify multiple copies using the Print dialog box, a single copy of every form will be printed, followed by a second copy of each form, and so on, until all copies of every form have been printed.

Checkmark (Print) column

Use this column to designate which W-2 forms you want to print. All W-2s with a mark in the Print column will be printed; if you don't want to print a specific W-2, click the mark to remove it. If you want to print a W-2 that isn't marked, click the column to add it. Click the gray box at the top of this column to mark all employees in the list. Click again to clear all marks from the column.

Click the zoom arrow to open the W-2 Employee Information window, where you can enter and change information that will print on the W-2 for that employee.

List of employees

The list displays the names and Social Security numbers of your employees. If you need to display the W-2 Employee Information window to view or change information that will appear on an employee's W-2 form, click the zoom arrow next to the employee's name.

Print button

Click this button when you're ready to print the W-2 forms you've selected. When you click this button, the Print dialog box for your computer will appear; click OK to print the W-2 forms.

Cancel button

Click this button to exit this window.
