Manually entered time billing activities are not included in many reports

Although you can enter activities on a time billing invoice manually, no activity slip records will exist for the activities you include. Many time billing reports are based on activity slip records, so you should enter activities automatically using the Work In Progress view of the Prepare Time Billing Invoice window instead.
