To prevent the recording of an invoice when a customer exceeds the credit limit

The Preferences window - Sales view should be displayed.

1. Mark the If Credit Limit is Exceeded on Invoice, Warn and Continue or Prevent Unless Overridden preference.



2. Choose Prevent Unless Overridden.



3. Create a Credit Limit Override password that you can provide to MYOB AccountEdge users who should have the ability to override the block and record an invoice for a customer over its limit. (To set a Credit Limit Override password)
