To verify your company file (during backup)

 

An MYOB AccountEdge company file should be open. The Preferences window - Security view should be displayed.

  1. Click the Security tab.


  2. Mark the box labelled Check Company File for Errors Before the Backup Process, then click OK.


  3. The next time you begin to back up your company file, the data verification process will begin. (Verifying company files)
