Moving a company file may cause problems for other users
AccountEdge:
If you're using AccountEdge on a network, don't forget that other users might need to access the company file you plan to move. You may need to change access and sharing settings for the new location to ensure that all your coworkers can continue to work with your company file.
If you move a company file, the custom reports and forms that you've created for that file will no longer be available unless you also move the reports and forms to the new location. You should copy the current "Custom" and "Forms" folders in the location where the company file is currently stored and paste the folders into the new location.
AccountEdge Network Edition:
When you move a company file to its proper location on the host computer, the custom reports, forms and spreadsheets that you've created for that file will no longer be available unless you also move them to the new location. You should copy the current Custom, Forms and Spreadsheets folders in the location where the company file is currently stored and paste the folders into the location where AccountEdge is installed (most likely, in the Applications/MYOB/AccountEdge 2004 NE folder).
