Saving forms or reports as PDFs

In MYOB AccountEdge, you can save a sale, purchase or report as a PDF; you can attach the PDF to an email. (Emailing reports and forms)

You can access this feature by clicking the Send To button in the Sales, Purchases, Index to Reports and Screen Reports windows:

• If you click Send To in the Sales or Purchases window, choose Disk from the list of formats.

• If you click Send To in the Index to Reports and Screen Reports windows, choose PDF from the list of file formats.

Notes:
QuickTime 4 (or newer) must be installed on your computer

The recipient must have Adobe Acrobat Reader
