Choosing a Selected Form for checks
- Use the Advanced Filters window for checks or paychecks to choose a Selected Form for checks. In the Select Form for Checks field at the bottom of the window, choose either the Continuous Feed Check form layout or the Laser/Inkjet Check form layout.
The Continuous Feed Check form allows you to print checks on connected sheets of check forms. Two checks print on one 8½" x 14" check form.
The Laser/Inkjet Check form allows you to print checks one page at a time on a laser or inkjet printer. One check prints on each 8½" x 11" check form. The Laser/Inkjet Check form is also set up so two check stubs are printed after the check form. (Customizing checks)
- Select a customized form if you want to print a form you've already customized and named using the form's Customize window. Depending on the layout you customized, lines, columns and headings may be automatically printed with the information on the customized form.
Note: You can have more than one custom version of the same form
