MYOB AccountEdge's Payroll Tax Forms preparation features allow you to prepare and preview certified copies of all your payroll tax forms. Until you've registered your MYOB Payroll Tax Forms program, however, you will be able to print certified copies of only Forms W-2 and W-3. If you haven't registered, Payroll Tax Forms will operate in "Demo Mode" whenever you work with any of the other forms available in the Select Payroll Tax Form window. In Demo Mode, you can prepare and preview your forms, but you will be able to print only demonstration ("demo") copies of these forms.
Demo form copies contain all of the data that you've prepared for a particular form. However, a large watermark will appear across these forms when you print them. This allows you to verify the data in these forms before you prepare the official copies. However, you won't be able to print official copies of these forms using AccountEdge. The general process for printing a demo form is the same as printing an official form.
Note: Forms 1099 and 1096 cannot be prepared or filed using the MYOB Payroll Forms Service
