To copy elements on a form
If you are making multiple copies of elements on the same form, the Customize window for the form you want to customize should be open.
If you are copying elements from one form to another, you must start by displaying the form from which you are copying in the Customize window. [To customize a form for later use (Setup menu) or To customize a form before sending]
Note: You can't add data fields to forms where they don't belong
- Click on the form element you want to copy.
Warning!
Forms that don't meet government requirements won't be accepted
- Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
If you're copying elements from one form to another, click OK to close the Customize window for the form from which you're copying; then open the Customize window for the form to which you're adding the element. (Opening a form in the Customize window)
- Click in a blank area in the form.
- Choose Paste from the Edit menu. A copy of the element you selected will be placed in the layout. If you're copying a field from the same form, the new field will be positioned just below the original element.
Note: New data fields do not have titles

Note: You may not be able to move certain columns without moving others
To undo the last change you made, click the Undo button in the toolbar.
Note: Use the "tool tips" when you use the toolbar
- When your new layout is complete, save your custom form:
- Click Save Form to save the layout under its existing name.
- Click Save Form As to save the new layout under a new name.
- Click OK to return to the Customize window.
- When you've finished making changes, click OK to close the Customize window.
