Adjusting inventory for errors made when item counts were first entered


 

If you made a mistake when you first entered information about an item into AccountEdge, use that item's inventory asset account in the Adjust Inventory window. If you're not sure which account to use, display the item in the Item Information window and check the Asset Account for Item Inventory field; the entry in that field is the account you should enter in the Account column.
