To use multiple locations for inventoried items


  1. Identify your locations and add the location records to your company file. (To add a location for inventoried items).


  2. Create your inventoried item records, if you haven't already.


  1. Move the items into the locations you set up in MYOB AccountEdge to match your physical locations. (To move inventoried items)


    You can move items as part of creating your items records or you can move items after you've set up your item records.
    If you have no on-hand inventory for an item, you can simply enter sales and purchases to begin using multiple locations.

Note:  Only one location can be entered for each line of a sale or purchase
