When you auto-build items using the To Do List, build transactions are recorded automatically, with no chance for review

If you build finished items using the To Do List window, keep in mind that the build transactions will be recorded automatically; you won't get a chance to review or change any of the transactions before they're recorded.

If you're not sure you want to record a particular transaction, you should use the Auto-Build Items window to manually enter the transaction so you have better control over the transaction than you would if you used the To Do List.
