If you include activity slip hours on timesheets, to purge your activity slips you must also Purge Timesheets.

When you purge timesheets, any activity slips with hours on a timesheet are purged as well. If you want to purge activity slips that don't appear on a timesheet, they must be purged separately, as part of the Purge Activity Slips process.

Likewise, when you purge activity slips, only the slips not on timesheets are purged. You must purge timesheets to purge the activity slips that are on timesheets.

Note: This process is different from that for importing or exporting activity slips and timesheets. When you import or export timesheets, only the entries that don't have activity slips associated with them are included. All activity slips, with or without hours on timesheets, are included when you import or export activity slips.
