To update payroll tax forms in AccountEdge
Note:
For best results, be sure all other MYOB AccountEdge and Aatrix Payroll Forms Service windows are closed before you begin updating.
- To update your payroll tax forms at any time, choose Update Forms from the Help menu in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer.

To update any of your payroll tax forms in response to an update prompt, click Update Now on either the Quarterly Update or Update Required dialog.
Then go on to step 2.
(To postpone your forms update, click Do NOT Update Now. You will not be able to work on the out-of-date forms until you have completed the update process.)
Note: Try updating if you're having trouble with the Payroll Forms Service
- Use the Payroll Tax Forms Updates window to select the states for which you want to update forms. (Updated federal forms will be downloaded automatically.)
- When you've selected the states you need to update, click Next to start the update. A progress bar will depict the status of the download.
When the download is complete, open the Select Payroll Tax Form window, where you can begin working with the latest forms.
