Contact MYOB eFile Support if you don't receive filing confirmations in a timely manner
You will receive two email confirmations for each payroll tax form that you eFile successfully. The first email you receive should confirm that the form was received on the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile server. This message should include billing information for the MYOB eFile transaction. The second message should confirm that the form you submitted has been processed and sent to the appropriate government entity. You must contact MYOB's Payroll Forms eFile Support Center if you don't receive these confirmations in a timely manner.
