Payroll taxes must be paid on a regular basis. Consult your accountant or the appropriate government agencies if you're unsure about how or when to file payroll taxes.
You can use the Tax Liabilities report to determine the taxes you owe to the government agencies. The amounts on the Tax Liabilities Report reflect the payroll tax amounts recorded on paychecks.
Once you've determined the payroll tax amounts you owe, use the Pay Liabilities window to pay payroll taxes to the appropriate government agencies.
