Another way to distribute employee pay to jobs


You can also distribute employee pay to multiple jobs by assigning multiple wage categories to an employee's card using the Recurring Pay view of the Payroll Details tab in the Card Information window. Using the window, create the pay categories that the employee needs and then split the pay amounts over the multiple categories. Assign the required job numbers to the amounts in each pay category.

Note: Entries in the Recurring Pay window override entries in other Payroll Details windows
