Broadening the selection list to include more people
If you want to print/email forms for some people who don't appear in the list:
- Check the entry in the Sales/Purchase Type field. You may want to select a different type of form.
- Check the entry in the Delivery Status field of the sale or purchase. You may want to select a different status. The entry you make there determines whether a sale or purchase will appear in the list.
- Click Advanced Filters. In that window change your selections to include a broader range of cards or transactions. Then click OK to return to this window. Repeat this step, if necessary, until all the cards or transactions you want to include appear in the list.
(Remember that you can unmark individual transactions that appear in the list if you don't want them to be printed. You may find it easiest to select a broad range of cards or transactions, then unmark any unwanted selections in this window.)
- Click Advanced Filters. In the Advanced Filters window, unmark the Unprinted or Unsent Sales/Purchases Only. All sales/purchases, even if they have already been printed or sent will appear in the list.
