If you've forgotten your password
If you've forgotten your password, the person who uses the Administrator user ID can enter a new password for you. The Administrator is the only person who can create or edit user IDs; the Administrator will be able to use the Edit User Details window to enter a new password for you.
If you use the Administrator user ID and you've forgotten your password, you must contact MYOB's technical support department for further assistance. For a fee, the support team will examine your company file and reset the password. Please be prepared to prove that you are the owner of the company file you wish to access.
