Previewing form layouts before printing/emailing
If you are customizing a form before printing, you can preview it by clicking the Print Preview button in the toolbar at the top of the Customize window. The preview that appears will be populated with sample data to give you a rough idea of how the printed form will look.
If you are printing a multi-page form, the preview will display the data in a multiple-page preview.
Use the "zoom" features in the Print Preview window to examine details of any portion of the form layout.
