Before deleting a payment recorded on an electronic payment transaction, you must delete the electronic payment transaction

If you wish to delete an individual payment that was recorded on a Prepare Electronic Payments transaction, you must first delete or reverse the Prepare Electronic Payments transaction.

If you delete a Prepare Electronic Payments transaction, payments that were included on the Prepare Electronic Payments transaction can be deleted or reversed. If you have a changeable company file, payments included on a Prepare Electronic Payments transaction that were recorded in the Spend Money window can also be edited once the Prepare Electronic Payments transaction is deleted.

If you reverse a Prepare Electronic Payments transaction, payments that were included on the Prepare Electronic Payments transaction can be reversed. If you have a changeable company file, payments included on a Prepare Electronic Payments transaction that were recorded in the Spend Money window can also be edited once the Prepare Electronic Payments transaction is reversed.
