Whether your employee's wage basis is hourly or salary, you can now view the wage on an employee card in both hourly and annual amounts. Also new is the Number of Hours in Work Week field. Enter the number of hours the employee works; the employee can be a full time, part-time, hourly or salaried employee. The number of hours you enter in the field will be automatically entered on paycheck for the employee.
Note: New cards or cards that have been upgraded from a previous version will display the number of hours that is entered in the Number of Hours in Full-Time Work Week field of the General Payroll Information window.
