Select only

This search field provides a shortcut to the selection you want. This is useful if there are more selections in the list than appear in the window.

This field functions solely as a search shortcut, not as a means of selecting records. Once you use the shortcut to display the portion of the list you want, you must still mark the entries you want to select in the Checkmark column.

Checkmark column

Click in this column next to an entry to select it. A mark will appear in the column next to the entry. To remove the mark, click the column again and the mark will disappear.

Click the checkmark button at the top of this column to mark all the items in the list. Click again to clear all marks from this column.

All the entries currently in the system.

OK button

Click this button to accept the selections you've made and close the window.

Cancel button

Click this button to leave this window.
