To find the Credit Limit Override window



You entered a credit limit for a customer in the Credit Limit and Hold window.

If the customer already exceeded the credit limit before you enter a new sale:

  1. Click Enter Sales in the Sales Command Center.
  2. In the Sales window, select the customer.

If the customer did not exceed the credit limit before you enter a new sale, but does with the new sale:

  1. Click Enter Sales in the Sales Command Center.
  2. In the Sales window, make all your selections and entries.
  3. Click the Record button.
