Use this window to move your inventoried items between your locations.

You can access this window in two ways:

• Select Move Items in the Inventory Command Center.

• Click the Move Items button in the Item Information window - Locations view

To move items, simply increase or decrease the amounts in the columns as necessary. That is, enter positive amounts in the location columns that, when totaled, equal the On Hand amount.

If an amount shows in the Out of Balance column, you must adjust the amounts in the locations until there is no out of balance amount. The total of the amounts in all of your locations must equal the amount in the On Hand column.

When you're finished, you'll click the Move Items button. The items are now assigned to their new locations. To view the item movements you've made, use the Item Movement report.

This window has two scroll bars

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the location columns to scroll through your locations. The scroll bar is active when you have more than four locations.

Use the scroll bar on the right of the Out of Balance column to scroll through your items, if necessary.
